Namaste, friends! Welcome to my business page, Lorna Leah Yoga πͺ·π«
Yoga has been integral to my life since my early 20s, and I finally trained as a teacher through Golden Flow Yoga in Takaka, 4 years ago. I begin each day by finding my breath with my pranayama practice, connecting to my body with yoga asana (physical posture) and grounding with a short meditation π§ββοΈ
I feel so blessed to teach weekly here on beautiful Waiheke Island, where I live with my beautiful partner and baby boy. I have so much gratitude for the lovely people that practice with me every week, and also to those that stop in when they can π check the next post for more information on joining us.
Yoga has deeply enriched and improved my body, wellbeing, and life. I would be honoured to walk side by side with you on your personal journey with yoga, to discover how it can enrich yours.
