The morning after the night before. Part of me wants a full English breakfast but I absolutely know that this chocolate smoothie makes me feel so great - and who doesn't want chocolate mousse for breakfast anyway!!??
36g protein, 21g carbs, and more other good stuff than you can shake a stick at. Bottoms up!

Last night I told Mark I was going to do the 6am class at the gym. Now, when the alarm want off at 5:15 am, the last thing I wanted to do was get out of bed. So I pressed snooze. Fell straight back to sleep. Alarm goes off again, and I knew I HAD to get up there and then. My only chance to get to the gym today. So I did. One hour of stretching later, and my body thanked me. It is SO worth the effort!!!!
