Taekwondo New Zealand High Performance Kyorugi Series

Following the Kyorugi Development Series, Taekwondo New Zealand is excited to launch a brand-new High Performance Kyorugi Series.

Designed for black belt athletes aged 12 years and over, along with coaches, these practical afternoon sessions are focused on preparing athletes for success at the highest level.

Each three-hour seminar provides an opportunity to learn, train and spar alongside athletes from clubs across New Zealand while gaining valuable insights from experienced national coaches.

Topics include:
- Latest WT Kyorugi Training Techniques
- Tactical Match Play
- Strength & Conditioning
- Scoring on Daedo, KPNP & Waychamp PSS
- Sparring Opportunities
- High Performance Athlete Development
- Nine locations nationwide
🕐 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Held immediately after the Kyorugi Development Seminar.
Participation
🥇 TNZ Gold Clubs – FREE
🥈 TNZ Silver Clubs – 5 free participants ($50 for each extra participant)
🥉 TNZ Bronze Clubs – $50 per participant

A great event organised by TNZ. Two great coaches from the Phillipines and a lot of learning taking place. Well done to all those who participated and a big thanks to all the organisers. We hope everyone liked their KWON event t-shirt!
