Foundation Yoga

Want to try something new for 2023? Ever wanted to give yoga a go? I have a foundations of yoga course starting next week. It's a 5 week course where I gently introduce you to the foundations of yoga... think breaking down poses, getting alignment correct, laughing!! Questions encouraged through the classes, there's no silly questions! $95 for the 5 weeks.
No yoga experience needed, in fact I'll assume you've never done yoga in your life!

Hey all... new aerial courses begin next week... Mondays 1815 is a beginners/level 1 class.
Wednesdays 1730 is an absolute beginners class and Thursday at 0930 absolute beginners too. Then a Friday 0915 level 2 and Friday 1030 beginners/level 1
Also teaching 5-8 year olds Thursday 3.30 and 8-12 year olds Thursday 4.30... this is a earth and air class working on core stability, balance, mindfulness and fun!
