This is another flow from Monday's session it's a bit scrappy but it was really fun.

I have not had much time to work with with my lovely sister for a while between teaching, planning classes and training with other people it just kept slipping by the wayside. Yesterday we spent a awesome day in the sun playing around with some new movements this flow came out that session.

had just woken up when we created this flow so we started with couch, somehow we lost the sleepy vibe after the first few moves. We had so much fun teaching this one and watching everybody's progress.

Sol's Flow
I love the way playing with different people inspire different styles of movement. I was warming up with and the first move just accidentally happened the rest flowed out from there its a bit of 420 a bit of Get Out of Bed and a bit of Fred Astaire and Thigh Sandwich.
I wish we had time to get the other direction and film it in a beautiful location but that will have to wait for next time we meet.

This flow was so fun to teach, most of the class had never done a pop or a whip. Everyone was so awesome it was a real joy teaching you all.
If whips are new please use a spot that understands how to save the flyers head/neck.
