First Throws

What a fantastic First Throws event in Waimate at the weekend.

Great to see so many come along on a very cold and windy day.

Huge thanks to RPM Discs Grip 'n' Rip Disc waimate discgolf and Waimate Outdoors.

Coaches Sarah, Alex, Eilish and Paul put everyone through their paces and then took them for a round at the very cool Victoria Park course.

What a day we had in Waimate!!!!

Stopped in to visit some friends and thought we would throw a few holes at the amazing Knottingly course..... so many turned up to meet Sarah and throw with her. Most excitingly was how many junior girls there were.....

We are planning a First Throws event for Waimate very soon... stay tuned!

Sarah's World Champion stamped discs have arrived from RPM Discs

The design came from her for the discs. We have them in the following,
Takapu
Tui
Piwakawaka
Kotuku

Mostly in atomic with the odd cosmic. All the Kotuku are magma with Jacko saying they are very straight flying.

All $30 plus shipping. Pickup is in Christchurch although we will be in Dunedin this weekend and can bring them down.
