This challenge was not just a physical test, it also pushed me mentally to new heights. It taught me the power of discipline, consistency, and the ability to overcome self-doubt. There were days when I wanted to give up (especially fridays), but I dug deep and found the mental strength to keep going. This challenge taught me that my mind is my most powerful tool, and when I believe in myself and stay committed, there are no limits to what I can achieve. 🫶🏼

Finding balance is the key to a healthy body and mind. Rest days from the gym to recharge my muscles, social days nourish my soul and yummy foods satisfy my cravings. It's not just about physical fitness, but also about mental well-being. Balancing it all keeps me strong, both inside and out.

Hey Team!
I’m Bree Middleton and a huge welcome to my new fitness account.
As of late 2022 I am fully qualified level 4 Fitness Leader and level 5 Personal Trainer.
This account has been designed as my new up and running business account where I will show personal, client and general life updates/progress, exercise tips, motivational support and workouts!
I am overly excited to get my journey of becoming a Personal Trainer rock and rolling. For as long as I can remember I have been involved within the physical industry, I spent 9 years as a competitive swimmer. Being a swimmer I learnt many things within my Hauora (wellbeing), which inspired me to want to help others. I enjoy putting myself out of my comfort zone and pushing to exceed any expectations/goals.
