Beautiful, mild morning for a bit of nature and movement before we get into the grind of the day!

What’s your go to self care treatment? The sensory deprivation tanks at Cloud 9 are still my absolute favs! Always a guaranteed lush nap and come away feeling relaxed and calm. The physical body has needed some extra care and attention after workouts and chopping firewood so Cloud 9 is on the cards a few times this week!

Starting the week off with a light walk for some fresh air and nature between appointments.

Iv been in a huge goal setting mode over the past few weeks and pushing the body more with exercise but the main goal has been to get more sleep to have the energy for the workouts and my other goals.

I only managed to achieve 3/7 days of 8 hours sleep last week and my body didn’t have enough downtime to repair from its workouts so with a newly tweaked shoulder and a sore knee, it’s told me to slow the pace and come back to the goal of increasing sleep!

The body is always telling us what it needs but we have to be listening to hear what it’s trying to tell us!

After a big week of kōhanga, Reigns enjoying a foot massage after having an energy healing from mumma and a play with her crystals.

Mums looking forward to a sleep in while he’s away at his dads for the weekend and a bath with her favourite bath bombs!
