Bates vs Devine 2026.

Wicked opportunity to lead Team Devine in a 3 match series against Team Bates - competitive contests played in great spirit. Both teams were full of talented U19 cricketers from around NZ with Team Bates taking the win 2-1.

Always learning and always growing - privileged to be doing this alongside good people and good cricket!

A privilege to be part of the .cricket Under 19 and Under 17 teams for 2025/26. Lots of learning and growth across both teams and some phenomenal talent on display across the tournaments! The future looks bright!

Big few weeks of coaching - a series win for South against the North team just before Christmas followed by the National Under 19 Women's Tournament and the inaugural National Under 17 Girls' Tournament!

With High School winding down for the year and tournament season getting set to kick off… I have space during the day for anyone looking to refine their game or get in some extra sessions before heading to tournament!

Exciting times for TRC Coaching!

Over the past month, I’ve been fully immersed in growing, learning, and sharing my passion for cricket:

🏏 ICC 100% Future Leaders Coaching Course (Fiji)– An incredible opportunity to challenge myself, expand my coaching toolkit, and connect with inspiring coaches from around the world.

🌏 EAP T20 Qualifying Tournament with Persatuan Cricket Indonesia PCI - Thrilled to contribute as part of this team, challenging myself in an unfamiliar environment and helping players perform at their best on the international stage.

🎯 Cricket Wellington Female Pathway – Spent an afternoon working with talented bowlers, focusing on their skill development, improving arm pathways and movement patterns and individual efficiency.

📢 Presenting at the NZC Pathway to Performance Residential – Sharing practical insights on coaching female fast bowlers as a follow up to an online presentation to this group earlier in the year.

👧Delivered the Christchurch Junior Cricket Association Girls' Preseason programme with assistance from two superb young coaches. Over 50 young cricketers joined us across 3 days, thriving in a fun learning environment and are ready for the start of the season.

💪Super busy with clients, incredible progress made across the board and excited to see what's in store for each of them this season!

Grateful for every opportunity to coach, learn, teach, and push the boundaries of what’s being delivered in Christchurch and further afield. Excited for what’s next!

🚨 HUGE CONGRATULATIONS! 🚨

Absolutely thrilled that Jess Simmons (Wellington) and Cate Pedersen (Central Districts), two of our TRC Coaching athletes, have officially signed Domestic Cricket contracts for the 2025/26 season!

This is a massive achievement and a testament to the mahi these athletes have put in throughout the winter. By trusting the TRC process and diving deep into understanding their individual movement mechanics, both have made huge progress, and this is only the beginning!

I couldn’t be prouder to work alongside these two and see their commitment paying off. Can’t wait to watch them take the field this season… let’s goooo! 🙌👏
