❤️🖤 The Canterbury Water Ski Team has once again claimed the Overall Team Trophy at the 2026 NZ Water Ski Nationals held at Lake Kerata!

Here's just a handful of the week's highlights:

Kate Wood – U10 Overall Champion
Fletcher Coleman - U14 Boys Overall Champion
Gavin Green – unstoppable in Over 65 Men
Bryan Murray – 75+ clean sweep at almost 95!
Alex King - O21 Mens Overall Champion
Sam Bainbridge - U21 Men and Open Mens Overall Champion

From juniors to legends, this team had it all. There has been so much hard work put in this season, this is a fantastic group effort and a great achievement for Canterbury water skiing.

Age is just a number. Passion is timeless.
Bryan Murray, congratulations on your successful (pending) Guinness World Record for the oldest male water skier to ski for 1 kilometre at 94 years and 318 days! Your fellow Cantabarians are so proud of you. ❤️🖤
