We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our Soul team!

We’re excited to be opening a brand new, purpose built gym and health hub in Cromwell - aiming to be open late Spring/early Summer 2026!

We’ll have a huge range of services available - from Group Fitness classes (Les Mills, HIIT,Strength, Yoga/Pilates), Saunas, Ice Baths, as well as a fully equipped gym floor.

We want to get the ball rolling with creating an epic team, and we’d love to hear from anyone who is interested in the following roles:

𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬
Les Mills or general instructors. Experienced or wanting to learn - we want to hear from you!

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬
Seeking those currently working in the industry or wanting to get back into it.

We also operate Soul Fitness Alexandra, so all roles have the potential to start sooner out of our Alexandra facility.
