Our CHB Pony Club Spring Show is coming up!

Sunday 27th September
📍 CHB Pony Club Grounds, Takapau

🐴 Open to everyone — you do not need to be a Pony Club member to enter.

On the day we’ll have:

• SJ Classes
• SH Classes
• X-Bar Encouragement Ring
• McMillans Teams Event – a fun teams event aimed at Pony Club riders who aren’t competing at the Show Hunter Champs.

A great day to get out with your pony and enjoy some spring jumping!

Reminder to get your contributions for the HBPCA NZ champs hosting responsibilities into Anna’s tomorrow! Very important that we all contribute and do our bit for this awesome event coming to our area!

The NZPC Eventing Champs are being hosted this year by the HBAPC at the Flaxmere Equestrian Park from Saturday 18 - Monday 20 April. As part of the HBAPC we are part of the organising clubs.

One of our tasks is to sell raffle tickets. This raffle is for fuel vouchers - which will be a well received prize for any winner.

They are asking every HBAPC member to sell 10 tickets each. -the draw will take place at the Eventing Champs Sunday evening dinner.

The voucher is nationwide, so tickets are valid right across New Zealand. Below are all the details required to purchase a ticket.

🐴 Dannevirke & Districts Pony Club Camp! 🐴

We are excited to be planning a Pony Club Camp at Bell’s Property in Waitahora and we’d love to see you there!

📅 Saturday 14 – Sunday 15 March

We’re planning a fun and relaxed weekend on the farm with plenty of time in the saddle and some great Pony Club activities.

Things we’re hoping to include:

🌿 Farm Ride
🌊 River Ride
📚 Pony Club Certificate Work
🎯 Fun games and activities
🐴 On and off pony activities

We will be staying overnight on the farm on Saturday night, but the camp is very flexible.

You can:
✔ Come for the whole weekend
✔ Join for just one day
✔ Or do two day trips

We’re planning to feed ourselves but eat together, so just bring your own food and we’ll make a weekend of it.

At this stage we just need to know who might like to come along so we can plan activities and numbers.

It should be a really fun Pony Club adventure and a great chance for the kids (and ponies!) to spend time together.
