Learn to measure! We are hosting a seminar for you to learn New Zealand's official Douglas Score system for measuring hunting trophies (antlers, horns & tusks). At this all-day course, you'll receive hands on guidance from national level judges and achieve a level 1 or 2 certificate.

The Arms Act Consultation is the chance licensed firearm owners have been wanting since the rushed law reforms of 2019 that have done nothing to reduce gun crime or make New Zealand safer. Now anti-gun lobby groups are trying to bring in more restrictions that have NOTHING to do with public safety and everything to do with taking fi****ms off law abiding people who want to be left alone to hunt and feed their families. All hunters and shooters want are practical and effective firearm laws that are evidence based. Instead, we have a mess of legislation that treats those who obey the law, worse than those who break it repeatedly. As the COLFO Spokesperson I hear stories daily of doctors, tradies, veterans, and farmers being harassed by police and I'm sick of it.
