🥇Tuneinsportsfans recorded his sixth win and his fourth on grass when he led over the last 1300m. He had been three wide before driver Brad Williamson sent him to the front.

The Sportswriter 6yr-old is raced by his Mataura trainer Lyndon Bond and the Cleland Racing syndicate.

🐎 Race 3: Caltex City North Dunedin Mobile Pace, $12,000, 2200m 🐎

🥇Lydah Valley, a winner on the track in December, made two out of two at Wingatui.

The 5yr-old Sweet Lou mare, trained at Gore by Tony Stratford for Dean Lawrence, of Cromwell and driven by Mark Hurrell, led for most of the way and gave none of her rivals a look in.

🥇”I have just sold the farm so I will be training a few more of these,” said Bruce Wallace, the Knapdale trainer and co-owner of Jay Bee Hill after the mare cleared maiden ranks in style at Wingatui today.

Wallace races the 5yr-old What The Hill – Inessa’s Dream with his wife, Maree, Michael and Mrs J F Mouat.

Jay Bee Hill was driven by Matthew Williamson, who combined with the Brett Gray trained Miki’s Deal to win the Group 2 Ladyship Stakes at Alexandra Park on Friday night.

🐎Race 1: Dunedin City Motors Mobile Pace, $12,000, 2200m 🐎

🥇Long time harness racing identities co-trainer Alex Milne and owners Charlie and Ailsa Smail combined to win with Jaccka Omni. Milne trains the 4yr-old son of Always B Miki – Odette Jaccka with his son, Grant.

Alex gave Jacka Omni a good trailing run in touch with the pace and the gelding responded when launched three wide entering the home straight.
