Happy Saturday everyone!
We are having a few issues with our Entrance gate. If the gate doesn't open when you drive up to it, you will need to jump out and slide it open manually. We are waiting for the gate guy to come and fix it.

Evening all,
The daylight is starting to hang around a little bit more each day!!
Our entrance gate is having a wee issue....
Please open and close it manually.
The exit gate is fine and will open/close automatically.

It's great to see so many riders enjoying our track over the wet months. Just a couple of notes as below.

Kidz Kartz are currently on their winter break so the track is available to riders Wednesday afternoons until Daylight savings starts.

Please remember, you are to use the INSIDE TRACK ONLY!
The outside track is for racehorses ONLY!

We have also noted that quite a few people are coming to use the tie-ups for shoeing and the wash bay for bathing their horses. This is fine (plus im sure your farrier appreciates the dry area) but please note there is a $5 ground fee per horse and please clean up all the hoof clippings etc.

Kidz Kartz 3 DAY COURSE
Kidz Kartz Kumeu will be holding a 3 day course 19th January - 21st January 2025
Price: $300

"This is a great opportunity for any child 10yrs to 16yrs who would like to learn how to drive a harness racing pony. You will learn how to handle, gear up and safely drive a pony in harness. At a later date you will be invited to drive at Alexandra Park in the Graduation Race!! You don't need your own pony as the club has a selection of beautiful experienced ponies to use. Kidz Kartz trainings are now back up and running for the summer.

We are opening the track to all horse riders from 9:30am!
This means, if you are having your horse micro-chipped you can sneak in a ride beforehand!! SPREAD THE WORD! $10 per horse
