Today team JAKS did a different kind of race, we were so lucky to be joined with the family for an amazing day, massive well done to Katie Bussey for smashing the 21km & Dale Bussey for absolutely smoking us in the 5km but we all made it over the finish line and collected a beautiful medal 🏅 the best medal collected today went to Parker, 3 years old and absolutely zooming the hole way in the kids dash. Thats it for running for now Steves kept fit in his off season and its back the Kart track soon

Club Champs all wrapped up for 2026

What a fabulous day, and what a weapon Steve has been today he literally gave it everything, the #17 kart was humming.

Race 1 - 3rd
Rcae 2 - 5th
Race 3 - 4th
Race 4 - 4th
We should hopefully find out tomorrow the overall results. I will let ya know 😊

It was go go go today, so proud of our Steve, a few battles on the track, he did it all with a trapped nerve in his back a six hour trip up to Te Aroha and a spring change on the trailer im Taupo 😁

We are looking forward to the club champs on the 15th March, fingers crossed we have a day like we did today.
