Tonight, our boy Dane Hemedez played his 55th game (Manawatū League and Tournament fixtures only).

With 42 points 9 assists and 10 rebounds in a win over Waiopehu College tonight, Dane earns his basketball cap, becoming just the fourth player to do so. He also joins a select group of students to be capped in multiple sporting codes (Basketball and Rugby).
Balancing commitments to both the First XV and Senior A basketball throughout his time at school makes this achievement even more impressive.
