FAQ - Test of Choice - Judges feedback.

What is this? This is where you video any test you want to (including New Zealand Pony Clubs and ESNZ Eventing tests) and the Judge both marks and gives detailed feedback on your test. We have popped some example snippets of the feedback below.

This is a great way to get useful feedback from a qualified Judge! $30 per Test of Choice.

It's on! Just to add a bit more fun to our online series competition, Nelson Dressage is sending out a challenge to Dressage Club/Groups across New Zealand!

When you enter as a rider just pop your club/groups name with your entry message. Entries close 20 August 2026.

Entries close 15 August 2026 - To enter just send us a message and pay the entry fee. Filming for #1 competition is 16 August - 16 September 2026, other dates are in the poster below.

We will have OVERALL series Champion and Reserve Champion physical Rosettes or Sashes for each level. Each individual competition will have our usual beautiful virtual rosettes for placings 1st-6th for each level.

Because you gave us such great feedback we are going to run another!

The question is, should we run a series of 3 with points and some real ribbons for the champion and reserve at the end of it? We’d keep virtual ribbons for the individual placings and individual competitions. Thoughts?

Last competition class results! 😅 thank you for your patience. All competition class riders should now have copies of your tests and ribbons for placings. Just the Test of Choice feedback to come and then we can give the judge the rest of her weekend off ❤️

The results are coming in! Riders should be receiving their test papers via messenger, as well as placing ribbons for the lucky 1st - 6th places. The final classes will be out tomorrow. Well done everyone 🏆

RESULTS UPDATE

Results and test papers have begun to be sent out and will continue being sent out today and over the next few days. For large classes we have decided to split the horse and ponies.

If there is anyone who would prefer not to have their percentage displayed in the results list, please message us ASAP. We may look to just post placings and then leave it up to you if you would like to put a photo and your % under the class placings.

A massive thank you to everyone who entered our competition, so cool seeing groups of people getting together to all have a go. 😀
