Well exciting news going to announce the current entry's for the Mainland 15 year anniversary winch challenge supported by New Zealand Four Wheel Drive Association Inc. Come on you other legends and competors get your entry's and show you mates what you are made of.

Going to be some competition in legends class between the partners mike and sherry and the cool calm and steady team of sav and scotty with team superwinch pulling two classes.

It was 2015 when these 2 were last teamed up competing in Winch Comps. Sav retired from comps and Scotty built his own truck and jumped in the drivers seat with Megan, James and Magoo as co-drivers.
Its the "Mainland Winch Challenge" 15 year anniversary this year and the boys ( Sav ( Andrew Satherley ) and Scotty Newport )are teaming up one last time.

Day 2 was team jeep day in the mud. 10 minutes in first track Rowan broke his driveshaft. Back to the trailers, spare parts found. All fixed we were off again. Quick trip up the Preferfis (spelling prob incorrect) not. With only 2 trucks and two inexperienced co-drivers I (vicky) got a bit of driving while Scotty sorted stuff. From there we done a bit of exploring the boundary track and found lots more mud.
In all a good weekend, awesome weather once again on the coast and camping at Seddonville School Camp was not to bad.

First day of 2022, what better way to start the year.
First track was one we have wanted to tick off the "Bucket" list for a while (2 hours and that was done). Next track took a bit longer as we done all the side tracks off it, that took us into the tail end of Saturday.
