Still buzzing from our Working Outwards: Teaching in 3D Space workshop.

Pilates is for people who train .
I have always been an all sports enthusiast .
I love all snow sports , water sports , give me a mountain to climb or a race to run - I am up for it.
And Pilates has always been there to prepare me for what ever comes next .
Our recent family holiday through Indonesia gave us all of this .
Thank you Joe for developing the most incredible method to support and drive me through everything .

Rhythm and Tempo Teacher Circle ✅.
