Hey guys, just knocked a short 1 take video, as not good at editing yet. This is for my buddy Mauritz Du Toit showing him my workout routine, without being in a gym. Some of might find it handy. A good way of keeping mobility, so that you're supple enough when you go back to the gym when they reopen.
