$95 for 10 classes
$55 for 5 classes
Our Fitness classes are mixture if fun dance tracks and conditioning tracks with or without hand weights,
Come and get your groove back, tone your muscles and energise yourself! Fantastic fun classes for all shapes and sizes, Come along and give it a go 1st class free, we guarantee a fun action packed work out that will leave you feeling invigourated and ready for more.

Donations on the day or I will pop up a bank account for anyone who would like to pay online, as we have done in the past if anyone knows anybody who is going through breast cancer and needs a treat we normally give to one or two who we know! PLease PM me if you have anyone in need x
