Raw BEETROOT ( 1/4 of a decent sized beetroot)
Ginger
Spinach ( generous)
Frozen Berries ( what ever you have)
BALANCE Amino Complex Red Nite 1/2 teaspoon ONLY
BALANCE Plant Protein Vanilla ( 1/2 scoop)
Then if you want ad anything you have needing to be used
