We are looking forward to having Debbie Barke return to Equifest this year. Debbie coaches riders from all disciplines at all levels, from grassroots and riders and horses just starting their journeys to 5* eventing riders and FEI level dressage, SJ and SH riders, PC and starting young horses.
Debbie will present her system of developing the horses to be mentally and physically able to enjoy and develop on the journey we have planned for them.

Sabina Holle from SH Acupuncture Integrated Therapies and Training
Dr Sabina Holle is a veterinarian with a special interest in alternative therapies, a horse breeder, internationally accredited breed judge and a dressage trainer.
If you want to learn more about the details of biomechanics and why certain approaches work better than others, why a horse will stay sound and free from fatigue or over stress related injuries with certain training methods come and attend her seminars.

Julie Malcolm Ridewell Trainwell
Julie is a dressage coach and judge passionate about working with riders to help them overcome imbalances, fear, asymmetry, and the effects of injury or disability and be a better load for the horse to carry.
Julie is an energetic presenter who will guarantee to get the audience involved! She'll explain the how and why of rider biomechanics and get you to try some things for yourself on the sidelines - whether it be a breathing technique, finding your seat bones, checking in on your own asymmetry, movement preferences, or defaults. You'll see the riders put things into practice and see the effects it has on their horses and their own confidence or well-being.

In this invitational freestyle, the nation's leading trainers, crowd favourites from the Stallion Challenges and wild card competitors will compete in a freestyle routine. Showcasing the versatility and trainability of New Zealand's wild horses, this captivating competition will be one you will not want to miss!β¨π
Along with this competition, Kaimanawa Legacy Foundation will offer demonstrations and seminars to promote the 2024 Kaimanawa Horse Muster.
Kaimanawa Legacy Foundation is thrilled to partner with CopRice for this exciting new event and help showcase the Kaimanawa breed.π
