Sleep, stress, nourishment — and how you move between workouts all matter.

Stretching, slowing down, and giving your nervous system space isn’t “doing less” — it’s supporting your body so training can actually work.

Simple habits that support your body:
- Consistent sleep
- Eating regularly (don’t skip meals)
- Gentle stretching to release tension
- 5 minutes of breathing or quiet time
- Light movement on busy days

These don’t replace training — they help it work.
