Dumbbell Complex *
1. Single arm sn**ch x 5-6 reps per arm
2. Neutral grip alternate arm press x 10-12 reps
3. Overhead walking lunges x 10-12 reps
4. Bent over gorilla rows x 10-12 reps
Rest x 60 min
Repeat The Complex 3-5 times.
Workout complete in 10-15 min.

No time to workout? Here's a simple solution:
Train the whole body using complexes. Basically a complex is a series of exercises, lifts or movements performed with the same implement in succession with minimal rest. Aim to hit all major muscle groups using light to moderate weight.
Barbell Complex
1. Hang clean x 4-6 reps
2. Shoulder press x 4-6 reps
3. Front squat x 4-6 reps
4. Bent over row x 4-6 reps
5. Deadlift x 4-6 reps
6. Rest x 60s
Repeat The Complex 3-5 times.
Workout complete in 10-15 min.
