Great news! Aquafit is expanding to Tuesday evenings.

Join us for a fun, low-impact workout in the pool that's perfect for improving fitness, strength, and mobility while being gentle on your joints.

Whether you're a regular Aquafit participant or keen to give it a try, we'd love to see you there!
