Here's one way to prepare for the upcoming rainy days.
Take this opportunity to become aware of your breathing consciously. Perhaps just for a brief moment...
Imagine inhaling through the soles of your feet as you raise your arms
and lowering them again as you exhale.
Fill your lungs like a wave from bottom to top. And exhale calmly. Notice the pause that may occur between each breath.
Repeat this at least three times and you've already completed your first Qigong exercise :)
