Take a moment..
Do you describe your life as “busy”?
We all do right? Its the new norm; full schedules, multiple jobs, children, partners, housemates, events, occasions, appointments, and normally quite far down the list - time for yourself.
When I feel full, a moment of mindfulness helps calm the noise, put things in perspective and provides clarity.
