Tuesday was foiled by the weather but a mint day for some Jumps, Sprints and Middle Distance today. See you at Newtown Park at 4pm.

My mistake. With Nathaniel away competing throws training will begin next week on Monday at Newtown Park.

First Athletics training planned for tomorrow. Sprints, Jumps, & Middle distance at Newtown Park 4-5pm. Throws on Wednesday 4-5pm Newtown Park. Bring your gear and we will keep an eye on the weather.
