I had a truely fascinating afternoon last Thursday with another Lisa! This other Lisa runs The Balanced Riding Centre and helps riders (amongst others) achieve balance and comfort.
Similar to the ConTact C.A.R.E Rider balancing, Lisa The Balanced Riding Centre has a model horse which you sit on - only unlike my one, her horse moves!
We discussed how we can help riders through our differing work . Lisa Bishop ConTact CARE - Flinchlock Release with the releasing of Flinchlocks in bone which govern our structure and therefore our function and Lisa The Balanced Riding Centre working with muscle and fascia through Equipilates along with Neurokinetics and Neuromechanics.
We sorted each other out so now we both sit perfectly in the saddle!😜
It was great to be able to toss idea's around and discuss how we could help some of our more challenged clients.
The moral of the story being, as a Practitioner, get to know other Practitioners around you who can help your clients in a complementary way.
And yes Lisa The Balanced Riding Centre I am doing the exercises you gave me.😝👍
