Pigeon Pose🕊️ (Kapotasana):
How to Do, Benefits & Precautions ...Kapotasana, or Pigeon Pose, is a back-bending yoga pose that stretches the hips, legs, chest, and abdomen, and strengthens the back.
It involves kneeling with one leg forward and the other stretched back, then bending backward to arch the spine. There is a more advanced variation

Precautions❗️‼️

▶️Avoid this pose if you have severe hip problems or knee injuries.

▶️Be mindful of your body and avoid any sharp pinching sensations in your spine or joints.
Do not force the pose. It takes time and practice to build the flexibility and strength required to perform it safely and effectively.
