Quote from Soren Kirkegaard : “As my prayer became more attentive and inward, I had less and less to say. Eventually, I became completely silent.
I began to listen. Prayer consists in becoming silent, remaining silent, and waiting until God is heard.” Soren Kirkegaard
The passage suggests that silence alone does not yet constitute the fulfilment of prayer. There are three movements to attain silence:
- Cease to speak, and ask, don’t fill the space with your own requests.
- Remain silent
- Listen and wait - become receptive to a word that doesn’t come from your thoughts.
I absolutely love this definition of prayer

This video is inspired by this brilliant article written by the spiritual master of the heartfulness meditation center, called daadji :
https://www.daaji.org/how-to-centre-yourself
The practice of centering is found in every philosophy, from the Tao, to the Chinese medicine, the yogic philosophy, The islamic tradition.
It is about being aware of our inner condition and staying in the remembrance of the Divine.
I absolutely love this article, that I have been reading again and again, as it deepens my practice.
Why am I speaking about agriculture when I have no background or expertise in the field?
Because we are talking about what nourishes us — and about our forgotten connection to the Earth.
We are talking about one of the most beautiful gifts of the living world.
Today, many of us have become disconnected from the Earth because we no longer eat in direct connection with what comes from it.
We rarely see ,how our food is grown, where it comes from, or who produces it.
How many of us have a farm or grow our own fruits and vegetables? How many people in modern societies regularly spend time close to the Earth
walking through forests, cultivating the soil, or buying food directly from farmers and producers?
And how many of us think about the men and women who exhaust themselves ,and sometimes put their health and lives at risk ,so thatwe can find fruits and vegetables, meat, eggs and cheese on supermarket shelves?
They are not robots. They are human beings, and many of them are struggling.
They suffer, and yet they continue to feed us.
The Earth suffers, and yet she continues to provide for us.That is why I care about this subject. Because it touches me deeply.
This book is changing me but the application in real life of the first agreement requires absolute devotion and attention :
“ Be impeccable with your words”.
That goes far beyond being simply kind, or not lying.
You must recognize that your words are the first act of prayer you
establish -It reveals all the agreements you have made with yourself and others.
The second key to transformation is also this -
Being mindful of the words and speech because they reinforce the agreements you have made with life and the kind of life you want.
There is an addiction we rarely talk about : The addiction to learning.
The endless thirst to know more.
To collect books.
To attend another training.
Another workshop.
Another certification.
Knowledge is beautiful.
Curiosity is a gift.
But at some point, we must ask ourselves:
- Why do I need to know so much?
- Will one more course make me a better human being?
- Will more information make my choices wiser?
- Will it help me serve others better?
Accumulating knowledge can become just another form of accumulation no different from accumulating money, possessions or achievements.
Neuroscience tells us that novelty activates the brain's dopamine circuits, giving us a genuine feeling of excitement and reward. Integration is a completely different path.
- Integration asks for humility.
- PatiencAcquiring knowledge often feeds the ego.
Perhaps wisdom is not about knowing more.
Perhaps it is about becoming what we already know.
What can truly transform us ?
That question has obsessed me all my life.
I have seen people doing countless therapies, reading books, travelling, praying harder, but yet, no real improvement - They are still drawn to
their destructive habits.
My conclusion is that - there is no other way but to become the observer to ourself,In silence, without judgment, and no resistance.
Simply witnessing our thoughts, our emotions, our behaviours, and our beliefs exactly as they are.
That’s it!
I love self-massage tools.
They help stimulate the lymphatic system, release the fascia, andreconnect us with our bodies.
But the material itself matters.
From a biomechanical perspective, every material has unique physical properties. It transmits heat, pressure, and vibration differently, and our
tissues respond to these mechanical signals.
In materials science, we say that every material has its own mechanical and vibrational signature. Since the human body is itself a vibratory
system, it naturally responds differently depending on the material placed on the skin.
The choice of material can influence circulation, lymphatic flow, tissue sensation, and, in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the movement of Qi.
A few examples:
• A tuning fork made from a poor-quality alloy can generate unwanted
parasitic vibrations rather than a clean, pure resonance.
• Different stones retain and release heat in very different ways, changing
the therapeutic experience.
• In moxibustion, the quality of the Artemisia leaves and the traditional
hand-rolling process influence the type of heat delivered to the acupuncture
point.
And finally, perhaps the most underrated material of all...Wood.
-I buy my tuning forks from TAMA DO
- I buy my moxibustion online from shops that make them “handmade”
- The tool massage are made in MAdagacar

Intention governs every movement.
When the mind is clear, the body follows.
Move with purpose, flow with energy, and let your spirit lead.
Since the very beginning of our existence, our cells have been sensing everything happening in their environment and storing these experiences
as memories.
These memories remain alive within us and gradually become our default programming.
They help explain many of the behaviours that seem irrational or impossible to understand through logic alone.
Whenever we say:
"I don't know why I keep feeling this emotion."
"I don't know why I keep behaving this way."
"Why do I keep sabotaging my relationships or my success?" Or, as someone recently said to me:
"This depression doesn't feel like mine, it feels like my mother's."
These are often signs that an unconscious program stored within the body is replaying itself without our awareness.
The key to breaking this cycle lies in the body.
This is why I am so passionate about body memory. I believe that the body
holds both the meaning of our experiences and the pathway toward
transformation.
● A book I highly recommend:
The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton.
It is remarkable how the most significant events of our lives often repeat themselves in cycles, recreating the same emotional states—the same
feeling of abandonment, humiliation, injustice, the same sensation of not being chosen, not being loved.
It is as if a program has been imprinted into the body, silently running the
same pattern over and over again at specific moments in time, often around what are known as anniversary dates.
These repetitive cycles can often be traced, almost as though the body has its own internal clock. At a particular date, in a particular year, a similar emotional shock may resurface, sometimes with even greater intensity than before.
These are what we call unconscious patterns or unconscious programming.
This is precisely what we explore through body memory work. We follow the thread back to the origin of the wound stored within the body.
We meet it, witness it, allow it to be seen, accept it, and, when the time is right, forgive. As this process unfolds, it is as if the program gradually
dissolves on its own.
How long does it take?
No one truly knows—except the body.
And that is an essential point: it is the body that knows, not the mind.
