💪🏻Tuesday is here, and it's time to keep those spirits high and ready to keep on crushing your weekly goals. We're (almost) half-way through the week, and now is a good a time as any to keep your eye on the prize with these nifty little fitness tips:
1. Do the exercises you enjoy the most. There's no need to make yourself suffer through a workout routine that you hate. Do you like lifting weights? Try a gym. Do you like a more intense activity? Try CrossFit or HIIT. Do you like to swim? Join a club and start swimming. There is no one-size-fits-all with fitness.
2. If your objective is to lower your percentage of body fat, try to keep your heart rate between 60% and 70% of your maximum heart rate. Try some cardio-heavy exercises, like HIIT.
3. If your objective is to increase your muscle mass, then weight training is the way to go. Either by following a gym routine, or if that bores you, functional training or CrossFit will do the trick.
So remember, keep your eye on the ball and know that every step you take will take you one step closer to your result!

👻👻👻This was Halloween at Omnia Fitness. A huge thanks for everyone who made it to the party, to all the kids who dressed up in a spooktacular fashion, to all the parents who accompanied their kids and to all our sponsors for making this come true.
🎃🎃🎃Omnia Fitness prides itself in including, and looking after, the community, and this was a beautiful way of bringing everyone together. Now we kick off November, and it's only 6 weeks til Christmas!🌲

Planks are one of the most efficient core exercises available out there. Due to it activating the core well, and not putting any additional strain on the joints, it's a must-have for every training routine.
Now, are you ready to bring your plank game from 5 seconds to 5 minutes? This is what you need to do:
1. Position yourself properly. Feet should be shoulder-width, and your arms should be below your shoulders, not wider.
2. Remember to breathe. By breathing, you allow your body to have oxygen and let the muscle hold its strength.
3. Planks are all about gravity. If you reduce the incline by extending your arms, the exercise becomes easier.
With these three simple tips, you'll see that your plank game will see a huge boost.
