Grateful to be a part of this team!

For the past seven months, I’ve been in a soft wonderful space appreciating the every bliss (and challenges) of having baby #2. I’ve been slowly coming back into my teaching practice with so much gratitude for Mat & More - Moorea 𝘠𝘰𝘨𝘢 𝘱𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘴 and 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤'𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 & 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬, 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚 for the studio space they have created. You’ll be hearing more from me in the upcoming days. Until then wherever you are, whatever you are doing, may you find a moment of peace for yourself on or off the Mat this weekend.

After a month of travels in Thailand, it's good to be back home in Moorea. This time around, you'll see me carrying around a baby bump. I excited to be offering two new yoga classes Le Studio de Moorea to coincide with my new state of being.

MEDITATIVE FLOW - Sunday Mornings @ 9:00: This is my Sunday Sanctuary. A personal practice that has taught me to become alive to the subtle sensations within my body and bring awareness to the ever-changing contents of the mind. This class will be offered FREE or on a donation basis.

PRE/POST-Natal Yoga Flow - Fridays @ 8:00 because my practice is your practice. This class is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. For all mothers (expecting & new) looking to bring movement into their lives.
