Thank you for representing EHP and the Goroka Rugby Community with distinction and we wish you all the very best in the Grand Final Play Offs today.

The 2025–2026 NGCB Ipatas Cup has featured the best teams from across the provinces, each competing fiercely in their respective provincial challenges. The finals series began on Friday, 9 January 2026, setting the stage for top-level rugby league action.

Among the standout performers are Kulaka West from the Jiwaka Challenge and the Lisapeka Bulldogs from the Eastern Highlands Challenge. Both teams proved far too strong for their opponents, dominating their provincial matches and continuing their impressive form through the Finale Games.

Tomorrow, these two elite teams will clash head-to-head in the Grand Final, where only one will emerge victorious and be crowned NGCB Ipatas Cup Champions.

It will either be Kulaka West, aiming to secure back-to-back NGCB Ipatas Cup titles, or the Lisapeka Bulldogs, looking to take the prestigious trophy up to Kol Ples Goroka.

One final showdown. One champion. 🏆🔥

Welcome Jordan Millie!

The Blue Heelers are pleased to announce the signing and arrival of Jordan all the way from Goroka in Papua New Guinea.

Jordan is a rising star in PNG playing in the Digicel Cup at Fullback/Wing and representing Papua New Guinea in the U23s Commonwealth 9s Tournament.

This has been a long time coming, Since 2018 Jordan has tried to make it over to the Blue Heelers with a few obstacles and then covid shutdown getting in the way.

We are very pleased to have Jordan join the Heelers for 2022.

Family is not about blood. Its about who is willing to hold your hand when you need it the most.
