CAREER DEVELOPMENT TRAINING & PROGRESS

Under Career Development Training, we conduct courses that targets
the school leavers and the general public. The Training is an ongoing
Training that is scheduled throughout the year that includes Three (3)
Batches for a duration of three (3) months each..
We are proud to have given a lot of
school leavers a second (2nd) chance in life by imparting the knowledge
and skills adequate to qualify them for their career paths.
After students complete our courses we try to arrange possible Job Training for them with business clients in order to measure the result
of what is taught against what is actually being practice in the work
environment . The end result we get most of the time is positive;
meaning that our On Job Training students are being retained as
permanent employees which is a credit to our Training Institution simply because of high performance portrayed by trainees.
