The Papua New Guinea Women's Rugby Football League Association is a Sporting Organization that caters for all women whose foremost interest is in the code of Rugby League in PNG.

A reminder any women's team do not affiliate as a Club as a whole that affiliates affiliates for women, juniors and men. One affiliation per club. Also the Association is now working in establishing Naming Rights Sponsors for its mini-mode, school girls, nines, social and development programs.
The PNG Women's Rugby Football League Association is now affiliated to PNGRFL as an Institutional League which is in accordance to the PNGRFL Approved Organizational Structure. Soon a General Meeting will be called for the body to get organised throughout PNG. So that a Women's Rep be included in the PNGRFL Board. This is Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment in the National Sport for equal recognition.
Lae Womens Rugby League Lae Panthers is now on standby for grandfinal. The winner of 14 B Pirates vs Lae Biscuit Spiders will play against Lae Maganis. The winner then takes on the Panthers in the grandfinal.
NCD Suburban Womens Rugby League; Esther Aki Swans and Suburban Womens Team Manageress, Apsy Swans and Suburbans Womens Coach, Yanga Harupa Coordinator and all others that are still contributing to the womens competition entering semi-finals.

Congratulation to the mighty Royals who won the grandfinal in defeating the Storms in the Kokopo Womens Rugby League comp. Royals 10 and Storms 6.
The Kopen Dust will meet the Foursquare Secondary School Girls on the Wabag Womens Rugby League Comp grandfinal this weekend.
Steelers 22 had defeated Ori West 6 at the Mt. Hagen Womens Rugby League comp. The Steelers will now play against the West Land Reds in the grandfinal soon.
