Subject: Mandatory Meeting for 2025 VSA Proper Season Participation
Dear Club Managers,
Vanimo Soccer Association (VSA) will hold a compulsory meeting on [Wednesday 7th May 2025] at [12:00 mid-day], Venue: [Basketball Court-Raintree] to finalize preparations for the 2025 Proper Season Competition.
Key Details:
1. Attendance is mandatory for all existing club managers to confirm participation.
2. Clubs that fail to attend will not be eligible for the 2025 competition.
3. Expression of Interest (EOI) forms will be distributed during this meeting.
4. Only 10 ten clubs will be admitted to our competition for this year.
Note: No exceptions will be made for absentees. Ensure your club’s spot by attending promptly.
