The team is gearing up for the Highlands Momase Regional Championship in Goroka, followed by the National Championship scheduled to take place in Lae from 4–6 December, 2026.

Agmark East Sepik School Rugby League President Mr Anthony Boiefin attends our first ever AGM meeting for East School Rugby League.
A massive congratulations to him and his tireless board for making sure all PNGRFL compliance are met to be eligible to sit at this AGM. Well done ESP School League for meeting all necessary requirements in 2025 set by PNGRFL.
Way forward for such a young competition.

Throwback memories from 1987–1989 with the Christian Books Melanesia (CBM) Ladies Basketball Team 🏀

Those were truly the good old days. We won 3 consecutive championships and proudly brought home the shield. It was safely kept in the CBM Strong Room from 1989 until last year, 2025, when the building was burned down and sadly, our shield was lost in the fire.

We remember the beautiful times with Sefton Marshal and his wife Clare and their two boys, Robert Louden, Gary Aiken and his wife and their two boys, and Ray & Mercia Mickel. They were all part of CBM and CBS back then.

Big thank you to all the girls who played with us, those in the picture and those not captured — Nakapo, Delwyne, Norma, and Sera. And a special thanks to CBM Wewak for being our major sponsor and believing in us.

We may not bring back those days, but the memories will always stay. 😊🏀
