Meet Vonito Doller our newly fighter in the game. Since he started doing our routines he losses 19.8 lbs. Based on him "it is what it is, and so the grind continues". One thing is for sure it is tiring, your mind will tell you to stop but when you get the result it is addictive.

Life teaches us to be courageous, and patient in getting the goals we wanted. Even we started slow in the end, we will reap good harvest on what we sow from the start.
