Inaanyayahan ng Angeles City Youth Development Office at ng City Sports Office ang lahat ng qualified na atletang Angeleño na sumali sa TRYOUTS para sa Governor’s Cup Pampanga Inter-Municipalities/Cities Basketball Tournament 2026 at ipakita ang inyong galing sa paglalaro ng basketball! 💪🔥

📍 Venue: Hafa Adai Court, Hensonville, Malabanias, Angeles City
📅 Date: April 26, 2026 (Sunday)
⏰ Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

📌 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:

• Para sa mga bonafide residents ng Pampanga
• Dapat mag-represent ng kanilang lungsod o bayan
• 2008 born (max 4 players lamang)
• 2009 at pataas ang bubuo ng team

📋 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:

• Original PSA Birth Certificate (may resibo)
• Voter’s Affidavit (COMELEC)
• Para sa non-natural-born residents/non-voters: 2 years residency
• Voter’s affidavit ng magulang (kung kinakailangan)
• Certification mula sa SK at Barangay Chairman (signed at notarized)

⚠️ 𝗣𝗮𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮:
• Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang falsification ng documents—ito ay magdudulot ng disqualification

• 20 players (15 lang ang pwedeng maglaro kada game)
• 5 coaching staff
• 15 players at 5 staff lang ang allowed sa bench
