Hi everyone!

We’re excited to share that official tournament shirts will be distributed on event day for participants who were able to register early.

Due to production timelines (which typically take 2–3 weeks), we were able to fast-track a limited batch so some players can receive their shirts in time for the tournament.

📌 For those who registered later:
No worries! Your shirts are currently in production and will be distributed after the tournament. We will notify you as soon as they are ready for release.

Thank you for your understanding and support—we truly appreciate everyone’s patience as we work to provide shirts for all participants.

🏓 AAFC Pickleball Tournament Guidelines – Quick Summary

To help everyone prepare for tournament day, here are some key guidelines to keep in mind:

📌 Rules
The tournament will follow official USAP rules.

⏱️ Match Schedule

Matches will follow a progressive schedule (games may start earlier than expected).
Please arrive at least 1 hour before your match time.
A default will be declared if a team is not present within 5 minutes of their match.

❓ FAQ Highlight
You will NOT be defaulted if games run early—as long as you are present by your scheduled time.

🏆 Scoring System
Games are played to 11 points
Sudden death at 10–10 (serve wins)

🔄 Game Format
Round Robin eliminations (minimum 3 games)
Top teams advance depending on bracket size (Semi-Finals, Quarterfinals, etc.)

🚗 Parking Advisory & Carpool Reminder

As we prepare for the upcoming tournament, we’d like to remind all participants and spectators that parking at the venue is limited.

To help ease congestion and make things more convenient for everyone, we highly encourage carpooling with teammates, friends, or fellow players. Not only will this help ensure smoother parking, but it’s also a great way to save on gas and travel together.
