PREVA Badminton Tournament 2026
REGISTRATION MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES
To ensure an organized and efficient tournament, all participants are required to comply with the following registration mechanics and guidelines:
1. Eligibility
* The tournament is open to all eligible badminton players based on the tournament category.
* Once registration has closed, no substitution of players shall be allowed except in cases approved by the Tournament Committee.
2. Registration Procedure
* All pairs must complete the official online registration form through Google Forms. Each pair accomplish one (1) registration form.

* Both players' complete and accurate information must be provided. (See Google Forms link for required information.)
3. Registration Deadline
* Registration will be accepted until all tournament slots have been filled.
* Late or incomplete registrations will not be accepted.
* No onsite registration shall be accommodated.
4. Registration Confirmation
* Entries shall be considered officially registered only after:
* Submission of the completed Google Form;
* Payment of the registration fee; and
* Receipt of a confirmation message or email from the Tournament Committee.
5. Registration Fee
* Registration Fee: Php. 1,500 per player. (Php. 1,000 per player for second entries.)
* Payment details and instructions will be provided upon submission of the registration form or through the tournament announcement.
* Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by the organizers.
* Unpaid registration fees will make the entry unofficial. Unofficial entries will be removed from the system to give way to any waitlisted entries.
6. Organizer's Rights
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to:
* Verify the eligibility of any participant;
* Reject or cancel any registration that contains false or incomplete information;
* Amend these mechanics and guidelines whenever necessary to ensure the orderly conduct of the tournament; and
* Make decisions on matters not expressly covered by these guidelines.
