Welcome to the 3rd season of Junior Negros Basketball Association - NIR Grassroots to Glory "Island Cup". From the South of Negros to the big stage! We're excited to see Ilog Ball Club bring their heart, discipline and homegrown talent to Season 3. This is more than a tournament. This is where grassroots become glory. Thank you LGU of Ilog.

2 seasons ago, We started with a simple goal: to develop character and to give every Negrense kid a court to dream on. every great story, career or success starts with a small, simple step.Embracing where you came from builds the strength and character for your journey ahead.From our humble beginnings, now, we are expanding from Bacolod to cover the entire Negros Island through North, South and Central divisions aligns well with the unified Negros Island framework. Entering our 3rd Season, Junior Negros Basketball Association - NIR continues its mission to develop youth through the sport of basketball. What began as a grassroots initiative has evolved into a premier regional tournament that nurtures talent, character and community pride.
