Here comes the Summer. The “crash diet” ads are everywhere. Ignore them. 🚫
Starving yourself for a “body” is a debt you’ll have to pay back with interest (aka the rebound crash). Instead of focusing on what you can subtract this week, focus on what you can add:
🔹 Add more protein to your plate.
🔹 Add more steps to your day.
🔹 Add more intensity to your lifts.
🔹 Add an extra hour of sleep.
Consistency > Intensity. Choose Path B. 🚀
