Green Warriors Fall in a Final-Second Thriller

They dominated the regular season. They took down Summawater, Helix, Down Town, and Alessa. They entered the bracket as the formidable #2 seed with only one blemish on their record against RRAM.

But for the first time in Lacosta League history, Theo’s Green Warriors will not be seeing the Semi-Finals. In a crossover battle against AlleyHoops, the Warriors clawed back to a heart-stopping 87–87 tie. With the clock winding down, a final 2-pointer from the opposition sealed their fate.

It’s a tough exit for a team that has always been a Top 4 staple, but the Green Warriors leave with their heads held high. 🫡🏀

HECO out at quarters. 🏀

What a ride. From that heart-stopping buzzer-beater against Daily Grind to taking down the giants, Focal Malboss, this team proved they belong. After finishing the regular season in a deadlock for the 4th spot, HECO had to earn their playoff spot in a high-stakes rematch against Beyond8 Movers. They secured the win, and punched their ticket to the Quarter Finals. The journey unfortunately came to an end against RRAM with a 119-101 finish.

For the first time in the league history, we aren't seeing a Semi-Finals run for HECO, but the heart shown in that final battle was undeniable.

We didn't see this ending coming, but we’re already looking forward to a more coordinated, strategic HECO next season. 🔥

ERZAH: A Season of Giants Fallen

ERZAH bows out of Season 3 after a hard-fought Quarterfinal battle against Alessa. Their journey was defined by a legendary 4-1 start, toppling league giants like the Sta. Lucia Slashers, HECO, Alleyhoops, and Daily Grind.

Though the road ended sooner than expected, their dominance as the early #1 seed proved they belong at the top.
