In volleyball, a "full swing" is vital for explosive vertical jumps, maximum hitting power, and precision. By utilizing the full arm swing during your approach, you create the momentum and rotational torque needed to drive the ball past the opposing block.
Attacking the opponent's block in volleyball involves using offensive techniques like tool/wipe, tip, or power tip, and adjusting to the set location.
