Basketball Team Drives to Open Tryouts

College Department’s Basketball Team gave their shot to lead the Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tryouts in resorting new players participated by all levels of college students, starting August 21 and 24, respectively, at Dr. Yanga's Colleges Inc. - Elida Campus.

The team aimed to toughen their defense next to the celebration of bagging home medals and titles. Women players received gold medals in the 3×3 category and silver medals for the 5×5 category, while men took home silver medals in the 3×3 category after competing in the Bulacan Private Schools Association (BulPriSA) 2023.

This screening focused on preparation to raise DYCI for the upcoming competitions. They were also looking forward to joining the events with the Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA), the Breakdown Basketball Invitationals (BBI) Tournament in Ateneo, the United Basketball League (UBL), and the Bulacan Collegiate Athletic Association (BuCAA).
