In compliance with DepEd Order No. 007, s. 2026, the Schools Division Office of Imus City announces the renaming of its official page from DepEd Tayo Imus City to DepEd Imus City.
This transition ensures uniform branding, strengthens institutional identity, and streamlines communication across all DepEd platforms.
All personnel, schools, and stakeholders are advised to take note of this update, as future announcements and advisories will be published under the new page name.
Schools within the Division are likewise encouraged to update their respective DepEd pages in accordance with the prescribed format. Together, we uphold a unified identity for stronger and more effective communication.

Erica B. Quiles of Bukandala Elementary School has been elected vice president of the Regional Federation of Supreme Elementary Learner Government (RFSELG) for school year 2026โ2027.
Quiles, representing the Schools Division of Imus City, will serve alongside President Ann Margareth S. Colegio of Batangas Province and other newly elected officers from across the region. The leadership team was formally announced during the federationโs organizational meeting, which named officers from various divisions to key posts including secretary, treasurer, auditor, and public information officer.
Her election marks a significant milestone for Bukandala Elementary School and the SDO Imus City underscoring the active participation of learners in leadership roles that promote collaboration, responsibility, and student voice across the region.
The RFSELG serves as a platform for young leaders to engage in governance, strengthen partnerships among divisions, and advocate for initiatives that enhance student welfare and academic growth. Quilesโ role as vice president is expected to amplify the representation of Imus learners in regional discussions and projects.

The Schools Division of Imus City proudly congratulates Genesis D. Caimol of Gov. Juanito Reyes Remulla Senior High School, who has been elected as President of the Regional Federated Supreme Secondary Learner Government (RFSSLG) Officers for School Year 2026โ2027.
Caimolโs election marks a significant milestone for Imus City as she takes on the responsibility of representing the voice of learners across the region. Her leadership role underscores the Divisionโs commitment to nurturing student leaders who embody excellence, service, and civic responsibility.
Alongside Caimol, other officers elected include Ryan Jr. R. Lopez of Batangas City as Vice President, Marea Ysabel C. Gutierrez of Cavite Province as Secretary, Angela Nicole C. Barquilla of General Trias as Treasurer, John Paul Z. San Juan of Quezon as Auditor, Yzah Kathrine G. Baltazar of Antipolo as Public Information Officer, and Ma. Mikaela S. Agas of Cabuyao as Protocol Officer. Board Members are composed of all remaining Division Federated SSLG Presidents.
The Schools Division of Imus City extends its full support to Caimol and the rest of the RFSSLG officers, confident that their collective leadership will strengthen student governance, promote learner empowerment, and advance initiatives that uphold the welfare and development of learners across the CALABARZON region.

The Schools Division of Imus City remains committed to the Department of Educationโs mandate of protecting learners, teachers, and all personnel by upholding a ๐ณ๐๐ซ๐จ-๐ญ๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฒ against violence, abuse, and threats to safety. Guided by key directives such as ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐จ. ๐๐, ๐ฌ. ๐๐๐๐ on Child Protection and ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐จ. ๐๐, ๐ฌ. ๐๐๐๐ on Schools as Zones of Peace, we ensure that every school remains a safe space for learning.
Everyone is reminded to be wary of prohibited items inside school premises, including fi****ms, bladed weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, va**ng devices, and any object that may endanger learners and personnel. Schools must also maintain strict security measures such as visitor registration, controlled entry points, bag inspections when necessary, and coordination with PNP.
Safety is a shared responsibility. Learners are encouraged to follow school rules and report threats or suspicious activities. Parents must cooperate with security protocols and instill responsible behavior in their children. Teachers and personnel should promote a culture of protection and immediately report incidents, while visitors are expected to comply with school safety guidelines.
